I would have to disagree wit kidder because not every sacrifice made is to only help, however to make a sacrifice you would have to be in the mind-set of giving. Meaning that in order for someone to make a sacrifice yew have to love particularly someone or something that yew have to do to make someone happy. Dr.Farmer in-fact loves what he does that's why he makes so many sacrifices because he loves his job and finds ways to make the Haitian people happy in some way.
