My name is Dyllan.

My full name is Dyllan Jay Orcino Ronque.

I used to live in National City, CA. I moved to Chula Vista during Sophmore year. Some people say I'm smart. I personally don't think so; I'm just "resourceful." I'm Catholic.

I find it weird that I was named after a tv show character, Dylan McKay from the 1990's "Beverly Hills, 90210." Technically, my whole first name is "Dyllan Jay."

Some of my hobbies include video games (PlayStation since birth), comic books/graphic novels, playing piano, watching Jerry Springer and writing movie screenplays.

Speaking of screenplays, I have a strong interest in cinema, with a belief that races and ethnicities should be portrayed correctly and without stereotypes. Around eighth grade, I stuck with becoming a film director and cinematographer for a career. A few Hollywood directors that influence me are George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, Michael Bay and Quentin Tarantino. Other influential people include Christopher Nolan, Paul Greengrass, Jee-woon Kim, Chan-wook Park, Michel Gondry, Sergio Leone and Takashi Miike. I plan on taking film cinematography and film studies in college. A few that stood out to me were SDSU, CSU Long Beach, CSU Fullerton and UC Irvine.

I am a geek when it comes to anything involving Star Wars, Harry Potter, Transformers, Voltron, ThunderCats, G.I. Joe, Godzilla, Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Hong Kong action movies (kung fu movies), Korean movies, Disney-Pixar and Epic Meal Time.

Oh, and another thing: I like to wear black.
