Agree or disagree?

I disagree with Farmer's decision. Not because I wouldn't want him to help Haitians, but that he sacrificed his whole life to help people. He gave up his family and a great career opportunity. I understand if you care about people, but it's to a certain extent. He was so obsessed with helping these people to the point where it became obnoxious. I would never want to throw my family aside and sacrifice all the things he did. I'll give him credit for helping all those people and making a difference, and some might say it's good karma and it's a good deed, however, I would never call him a saint.
