agree or disagree

The author assumes that people who actually help make sacrifices and I agree with this statement. I believe that people who help in anyway at all for anything are sacrificing something even if it's not so much. If someone is sacrificing time just to help another, technically that means they are making sacrifices. Heck, even if they are spending time thinking about helping someone else, they are already technically making sacrifices to me before they even start helping because if someone stops to think about something, they are spending time that they could use for something else like... I don't know writing a post or something...
